Right to cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to the following kind of contracts:
Returning your product
If you purchased your product online, you can arrange a refund, exchange or repair.
Please call our contact centre on or visit our returns centre to arrange collection. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling.

An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made in store, online or over the phone.
Separately to the 14 day policy above, and in accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online or over the phone, unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. Once you have told us you want to return an item, you should do so without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the order. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging.
Faulty products
As with store purchases, we’re always here for you if an online purchase develops a fault. However, before you return a product, please check that there definitely is a fault.

Damaged products
If you receive a damaged product, please call our contact centre within 48 hours of delivery on . We will arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible.
Collection/exchange of the damaged item is free.
Cancelling an order
If you decide to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please call to inform one of our colleagues whether you would like a refund or exchange. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling.
Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process your cancellation.
If it is too late to cancel your delivery, please call our contact centre on to discuss an exchange or refund.
If your order has been booked with our courier at the time of cancellation then customer will be charged the relative postage costs, free standard shipping options will incur a £9.95 charge. Next day delivery will incur a £19.95 charge.
Below is a sample cancellation letter; which can also be emailed to: info@icalltech.co.uk. Please do not send items to the address below as they will not be accepted as a return. The returns address for each item you receive will be provided at point of delivery.
